  mkdir polemy
  cd polemy
  fossil clone http://www.kmonos.net/repos/polemy local.fossil
  fossil open local.fossil

or donwload the zip archive from the info page of the latest version, and follow the build instruction in readme.txt. To read it online, click "Files" in the sidebar and then "readme.txt". The short description of the language is also in that file.
